Something that I like of Black Widow is that her suit is so unique and original, since her belt and her bracelets avoid to look like a cheap generic spy suit. Also, your body fits with the character. I hope that your costume should not have made you feel uncomfortable while you were wearing it.
P.S. Do you like Marvel comics and Black Widow comics?
Thank you so much again! I was a little nervous at first wearing this costume but those thoughts soon went away. It wasn't as bad as I anticipated. I really enjoy this costume now!
To be honest, I haven't read many of the comics. I want to! But it's a bit overwhelming with so many comics to figure out where to begin. I love the Marvel movies and I read up on Black Widow wherever I could. I really wanted to cosplay her, but I love her comic design so much more than the movies. I started to look into some comics though. I hope to start reading them soon!
It's kind of funny that you look so tiny but strapped with guns and looks like you're either going to flirt with me or shoot me for getting in your way... First time I noticed the blackwindow logo on the belt
Thank you so much! It's fake leather. It's something like rubber coated spandex? Sounds so weird. Oh my lord. I was a disgusting sweating mess. We probably spent about an hour out there for photos, went inside for an hour, only to line up for the masquerade OUTSIDE for another two hours. My brain melted into goo.
you're welcome! Oh now I get it! Nice! but omg you were hot! Gawd I would have been a sweaty mess too. hehe. Oh god that soot sounds long, but I've been on a four hour shoot before. But I was the photographer. Hopefully you got to rest at some point!!!
Oh gosh. I really don't know why it doesn't look like my face is melting. It felt like my face was melting. Well it was about an hour between my friend ~clumsydragon28 shooting me and me shooting her Ms Marvel cosplay. I had to pull my wig into a pony tail bun thing and take off the wrist cuffs and gun and roll up my sleeves for that. Her poor boot things were so thin that her feeties would get hot on the pavement. We were a mess. Hot damn! Four hours?! Oh yeah we choose to just kinda chill that day in the AC for the most part!
Hehe, prob by some miracle. I've been in heat like that before. I was on a hiking trip and we were out of water. T.T Not a fun situation to be in... That's pretty shot. Nice. Oh you do photos too? What type of photography? Oh! i hope you wig wasn't hurt! i'm going to be buying my boots for my Seras Victoria cosplay soon. I found the perfect pair! I really hope that they're not too thin! Yes, four hours. ^^ It was a blast though! That must have been nice...
We had febreze on us specifically so that we could spray ourselves not to smell like con stank. Oh my god. Out of water?!
I'm still pretty new to photography! I guess I kinda just snap things when I go out, I'm trying to improve with portraiture and full body shots. I think I'm much better when it comes to editing the photos then the actually shooting them. I mostly do it for references, fun, and so that my friend can have pictures of her cosplays too. My regular art consists more of getting my hands dirty in everything. I like drawing, painting, mixed media and installations. But I'm interning as a graphic designer. So I try a little bit of everything I guess?
The wig was just fine! Maybe a little sweaty. Ohhh that's exciting! Boots are really fun to wear!
I'm happy it was a blast! 4 hours of...not fun...no good.
LOL hehe sometime my mom would kill me for doing. She's a natural freak. Yup, out of water for about an hour in the hot sun. Not the best thing to happen. It was also like high noon.
Well welcome to the field! I've been a photographer since I was about 13 and now I'm 18. I'm glad you're improving! You like editing more than taking the photos? I'm good at editing, but I'm such a perfectionist that it takes FOREVER. gahhh! I once edited 3,000 photos in three days straight. NOT THE FUNNEST THING TO DO. and then I found the sinc button that allows you to edit 3,000 or more photos at once in 3 seconds. to say I was pissed at my self would be an understatement.
I have ideas on what I want to do after college, but I am so confused! A graphic designer sounds awesome! Same here. A bit of everything. Try photographer/singer/artist/cosplay photographer/poet/music teacher(?)/English teacher(?). you see? A lot to choose from and I want to do them all!
Good to hear! aww long wigs are not fun. I am a short wig! Seras! Yeah that would suck. me too!
A natural freak? My goodness. I do love the sun but when I am prepared for it.
Well thank you!! Hahaha yeah I really enjoy the editing. Holy bajeebus. Das a lot of photos in a short span of time!
I have some ideas too. It's really hard to transition from making art for yourself to making art to sell for a company. That's something I've been learning about in my internship. I don't think I'd make it as a fine artist/free lancer. I think I rather go to work somewhere, be around people and have a set schedule.
Wow! Das good though! Because you can do a lot of those for fun still.
I'm just starting to get involved with longer wigs. Definitely more maintenance.
